Vivid Content 2.5.2 has been released and is now available. This update contains a good amount of fixes and several minor features. The new version is available for download in the Support Repository.

License Management System

Some customers reported problems using the licenses on "localhost". The license management system has been updated. All new activated licenses now includ "localhost" by default.

Joomla 1.5 RC4 - Faster Installation using URL method

Joomla 1.5 is getting close to a Stable release. Since the release of Joomla RC4 the Vivid Content component no longer needs to be installed using the "Install From Directory" method. It seems that timeout issue for large components has been fixed. The preferred and quicker method to install the component will be using the "Install from URL" (i.e. the component will download and install from our servers instantly). The installation guide has been updated for Joomla 1.5.
